Do you love looking out the airplane window? Pilots do, too.

When Pilots sit for many long hours in the cockpit, only inches from a giant window, they can't help but see the world go by. Over the years their memory gets filled with brief images of inspiring sights. Some memories are only seconds long because of the aircraft's great speed. For example, a great view through a hole in the clouds just may last 10 seconds, but at 1000 km/hr, the aircraft will have travelled almost 3 kilometres! Additionally, weather and lighting constantly change an otherwise familiar view. After years most amazing memories eventually get lost forever.

To fly between the puffy white clouds and look down upon the Earth while soaring like a bird is an uplifting experience.  Fortunately, just like the Astronauts, from time to time in modern multi-crew aircraft pilots get an opportunity to take a few snapshots to record the "Pilot's View".

Additional Information:
All prints are signed Limited Edition Premium Prints using top quality materials. Most are offered on A3+ size gloss paper 48.3cm x 32.9cm allowing a large image size of 46.9cm x 29.7cm.(see individual print for variations).

Each print comes with a separate signed A5 size Authentication Certificate showing the issue number of the print and repeating relevant information. We suggest taping the Certificate to the back of the frame, especially if you choose to crop off the lower information strip with your mat.

Home Framing Options:
Useful information about the print, its location, and the photographer are included at the bottom of the print. Optionally, mat over the entire text. (right) and tape Authentication Certificate on rear instead.

Obviously any photograph is greatly enhanced by a proper quality frame and mat. We strongly recommend a visit to your local framing shop.

However, if you are on a time or money budget, you may wish to consider a working solution. A standard readily available white 2 inch mat of 16x20 inches for a 16x20 frame could be used. It is important to note with this option that several centimetres left and right will get covered by the mat. Additionally, 2 millimetres of white border will appear at the top and bottom of the image. The result still looks fantastic!
